Berube's Complete Auto Care

Had to call around for a repair shop who worked with carvanas silver rock warranty service. I was quickly accommodated with an early appointment for diagnostics. Bob and his team are a pleasure to work with. I was treated with respect and though I had to wait about 3 hours in the shop with my children, bo. Made sure they had everything they needed and he even let them pick some rewards for being well behaved. How can you beat that kind of service? Thanks again Bob and we'll be back in the future. -Dave

The guys at Berube's Complete Auto were fantastic! I had to have some warranty work done and they took care of everything including making sure to go the extra mile when determining the issues so that things that would have been overlooked elsewhere where found and then worked with the warranty company to get everything covered! I'm from 40 minutes away, but I will be using them in the future!

Purchased a car from Carvana out of state and once getting it home to Maine, realized it needed some repairs done while still under warranty. Unfortunately, there aren't any in-network garages in the Bangor area with Carvana's warranty provider, SilverRock, Enter Berube'sAuto Care. I submitted an online appointment request, the next morning I had an email from Bob askng me to call the shop. Bob explained the whole process to me and even suggested they do the state inspection on the car while I was already there to make sure there weren't any unknown issues that could also be covered by the warranty. They were able to get me in quickly on a day and time that worked with my schedule. Once I got there, Bob was very friendly and informative, they got my car in diagnosed the issues, strated the claim and got approval, then even managed to do the work all in the span of 2 1/2 hours. I highly recommend them and if I'm ever in the need again and my local garage can't do, no question, I'll be contacting Berube's Auto care and Bob again!

Service that goes above and beyond, had a warranty claim issue and these guys were understanding, supportive, and helped to educate me through the process. They were able to take my car right in and the repair was completed very quickly without any issues. Came to this shop by coincidence and as a result will be a life long customer while letting friends and family know to come here as well.
